The Palm Rose - Rose (6 Bottles) The Palm by Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah made from grapes which are selected from the best vineyards in the appellation Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Pale pink with green hues both of which are clear & very expressive. Great aromatic freshness on the nose followed by more subtle, fruity notes on the palate. The freshness is coupled with exceptional length and roundness. Crisp and suave finish.

Cauliflower & Truffle Macaroni Cheese (Serves 2) Will come in a foil container, frozen, to reheat first defrost item overnight in refrigerator. Then place into a preheated 180 degree fan forced oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil cover then allow top to go golden brown a further 5 minutes and serve.

Coq au Vin, Puy Lentils (Serves 2) Chicken will come cryovaced, to be stored in fridge. To reheat remove from fridge half hour before cooking. Place into a pan of simmering water then turn water off. Let it sit in water 15 minutes. Remove from bag and place into a large non stick frying pan, caramelise skin until golden brown about 5 minutes then carve and serve. Lentils to be served at room temperature.

Glazed Beef Cheeks, Potato Dauphinoise (Serves 2)
- Beef cheeks will come fresh and sealed in cryovac, to reheat pop into a pot of simmering water for 20 minutes. To reheat the dauphinoise pop onto a baking tray with baking paper underneath, reheat in a preheated fan forced oven for 20 minutes.

Sher Wagyu Beef, Choucroute (Serves 2) Beef will come sliced, to be stored in fridge. Will need to be brought to room temperature, for half hour on bench. Preheat a char grill or BBQ plate. Brush the cut surface with oil then grill the first side 2 minutes, then second side for a minute and a half. Serve the choucroute warmed in the bag, drop into a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
