Sher Wagyu Beef, Choucroute (Serves 2)

 

Beef will come sliced, to be stored in fridge.

Will need to be brought to room temperature, for half hour on bench. Preheat a char grill or BBQ plate. Brush the cut surface with oil then grill the first side 2 minutes, then second side for a minute and a half. Serve the choucroute warmed in the bag, drop into a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
