Chicken will come cryovaced, to be stored in fridge. To reheat remove from fridge half hour before cooking. Place into a pan of simmering water then turn water off. Let it sit in water 15 minutes. Remove from bag and place into a large non stick frying pan, caramelise skin until golden brown about 5 minutes then carve and serve. Lentils to be served at room temperature.
