Glazed Beef Cheeks, Potato Dauphinoise (Serves 2)

Beef cheeks will come fresh and sealed in cryovac, to reheat pop into a pot of simmering water for 20 minutes. To reheat the dauphinoise pop onto a baking tray with baking paper underneath, reheat in a preheated fan forced oven for 20 minutes.
